I'm working on a similar project except i'm redoing the whole interior.
Removing process is not extremely difficult but is really time consuming primarily due to the fact that you have to remove many parts to remove the dash.
It took me about 5.5 hours to remove it. this varies depending on your
experience of working on a car.
It is too long to post here. PM me so that i can provide you with detailed instruction.

One piece of advice that I would give anyone who is attempting to work on his/her car is "GET A FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL!!!"
Trust me. It is extremely helpful no matter what you are trying to do.
I don't think i could've done it without having a service manual.
They are not expensive. I got a PDF ver on a CD off ebay for about 5 bux + shipping. :-)

You're definitely going to need a panel popper.

taking apart the dash of pretty much any newer or import car is going to be one hell of a job. i had to tear out my dash and it took about 6 hrs. yeah, it sux. i cant imagine that the integra could be that much different. just be careful when removing the plastic panels not to brake them and DONT LOOSE HARDWARE. it will suck ass when you have to run back and forth to the hardware store

I have taken out the entire interior of my 96 Integra LS except for the dash. Removing the seats is remarkably easy, and as long as you have screwdrivers, a panel popper, and are patient - you should be fine. Always look for hidden screws, snaps, and other small securing snaps.

to tell you the truth, your center console has to go, your steering wheel has to go and i cant remember how the wiring is run but i think you can disc the wire from the firewall so that it all stays clipped in the dash. then you have like three bolts, one on the passenger side, one on the drivers side and one in the middle that actually hold the dash in place along with the many clips that it has. Now its been like 9 months since i pulled the dash out so dont quote me one all of it. Most of it is right I believe.
