Default ?DIY Kill Switch?

Anyone know how I can make a kill switch so that my car doesn't get stolen?

There's a couple of ways that it can be done:

1) switch that interrupts the power to the fuel pump
2) switch that interrupts power to the coil
3) switch that interrupts the power to the starter actuation (my first choice, although the car could still be push started if manual)
4) switch that interrupts the completion of the no clutch/no start circuit

See if any of those interest you.

Only problem with that one is that you need to use a switch with a rating high enough to support the current going through to the pump. If not, you can lean out. :nervous:

try this, it breaks it down real well...

I opted for 1, 2 and 4 to mine.
