Default First Attempt To Paint Interior Bulb

i tried to paint my a/c bulbs and the rest of the interior bulbs that i could find blue but when i put the back in the still was like green so what do i need to do spray them again or what

hey i did the same thing... painted my interior bulbs, i have a 96 honda civic. in my case my bumbs had a blue factory sleeve on them to make the bulbs appearmore white then yellowish or amber. so the sleave had to be removed... i first used window tint.... worked great lots of clours out on the market, just go to micheals and check out their stained glass section... but do not use them for your dash they get hot as hell and will burn and go borwn... so make sure you use a blub paint... if possible replace the bulbs with aftermarket bright white, becasue you are putting paint over them u need a brigter bulb so it is still as bright as white... and yes 2 even coats are def required, but do it in thin coats. then once your done that you can do anything you want, dome light n e thing...
