Are they uni directional? I have been thinking about getting a driver's side one and rigging it to the passenger side so I have automatic windows.

 

im sure... as a suggestion, hit ebay and research a replacement window motor for both passenger and driverside = then see if they are the same part numbers or the same product for both windows... if it is and if its not then your question is answered.
