Default Removing speedometer in an 96' accord

I'm trying to take out the speedometer in a 96' accord 4dr and I ran into a problem. In order to remove the speedometer, you first have to remove the black dash that covers the speedometer, a/c, defroster, etc...Where are all of the screws? I know there's two up on top of the speedometer window, 1 where the cruise control switch is and 1 where the defroster is. Where else? And when after taking them out, how do I take the dash out? TIA!

Your console has to come off.
The screws are located underneath your console.
It's a bit time consuming, but easy nonetheless.
Your cluster should unsnap right off.
Make sure you disconnect the electrical connectors on top the top.
