Its not supposed to be removable. However it is held on by 2 rivets as some people call them, yet I have a feeling they are really more like shear bolts. But anyway if you cut them with a dremel or something to make a slot you can unscrew them out and remove the TPS. Than install a new one. You will need to use a volt meter to correctly set the new TPS though as it gets messed up once you take it off.

much easier just to swap the Si throttle body onto your engine - without sophisticated equipment, you will never get the TPS set right - most voltmeters are not sensitive enough to get it right on
