Its not supposed to be removable. However it is held on by 2 rivets as some people call them, yet I have a feeling they are really more like shear bolts. But anyway if you cut them with a dremel or something to make a slot you can unscrew them out and remove the TPS. Than install a new one. You will need to use a volt meter to correctly set the new TPS though as it gets messed up once you take it off.
