Default ?? on d15b2 and boost

how much can u boost a d15b2???? i just bought a 91 civic dx with only 67,000 original miles and would like to use the stock engine without doing a minime. so i was just wondering what would be a safe ammount of psi for this stock engine? any help would be appreciated.

A B2 on boost is still going to be slower than an A6.

It will be much more of a hassle to work with the DPFI, and as FGH said, it will be less powerful. It has been done, however.

It will hold similar boost levels to the D16A6 Si engine, I wouldn't go anything over 6psi. Others may say 8psi, but I like to play it safe on stock internals.

I would say take kai's advice and dont go over 6psi..but I woul recomend at least putting a SI head and manifold on. You are going to be running a turbo and still be slow...The MPFI system has much more potiental in terms of Horse Power..honda made the DX for econimical use(gets good gas milage) put the a6 head on and your will notice the difference
