Default Blower Motor Question

when i turn on the heater or a/c i can hear the blower kick in and run, but it hardly blows any air out, on the highest setting it isent even enough to warm the car up in the morning, or cool it off with the a/c on. anyone have any idea what could be causing it not to blow much air out?

The shaft of the blower motor probably stipped the teeth on the finned section itself, so the motor is spinning the shaft only.

This prolly isn't it but just in case before you go buy a new moter...check under you steering colum and make sure the plastic tubes for the air are connected all the way and are there.

it sounds like your blower resistor is bad. that or the blower motor itself. I had a resistor pack go out in a 95 civic once that I soldered back together and it worked great again.

Make sure your coolant system is full. Turn the heater to 4 and turn on the car. Take off the radiator cap and see if it is full. Also make sure your reservoir is full to.
