My friend and I bought a 90 si hatch with a b16 swap, and the left front axle broke. Who makes the best axles to replace it? thanks for any help.

 

All axles are pretty much the same. Figure out what axles he is using, and just order a normal rebuilt unit from a local parts store if it is not a custom mix-and-match axle. It should only cost around $50 for a 90-93 Integra rebuilt axle, plus core.
