Default Need some help fixing my CEL code 16

My 90 std hatch is throwing code 16 - fuel injectors. When I drive to work in the morning the CEL comes on and when I turn off the car and try to restart it, it won't start. Just cranks and cranks. But if I wait a few hours for the car to cool down it will start fine and the light won't come on at all until the next morning.

Also the seatbelt light on the dash comes on by itself sometimes, blinking and beeping and it won't go off until I turn the car off and restart it. It doen't matter if the seatbelt is clipped in or not. So could this be an electrical problem related to the injectors?

what should I look for to fix this?
Will injector cleaner work at this point?
also I've been reading about he main relay in these cars, could that be it?

thanks for the help.

If it is the fuel injectors, it is way too late for injector cleaner in a bottle.

The least you can do now is a full cleaning and balancing. Not very expensive if you can pull injectors yourself (easy.) Hopefully they all still work, they'll tell you if one doesn't when you get them cleaned.

The seatbelt light is a completely different problem.
