Default NEED answers about ZC!!!!

A month ago I made a thread in here asking what axles to use for the zc tranny on my 91 civic hb.. I was told 90-93 integra ls axles. Well, I got 92 integra axles and the drivers side is too short. I guess I need the intermediate shaft? But the passengers side will not spin. I put the wheel on and it's locked up. So I just called hmotorsonline.com, where I bought the tranny and he said I need 88-89 integra axles. So which axles do I need and do I need the intermediate shaft?

For ZC tranny I KNOW you can use 90-93 Integra Axles. However I have heard of people using the older Integra axels and they still worked fine. I have the ZC intermediate shaft on mine and it worked fine with the 90-93 Integra axles. I'm not sure what USDM car came with the same intermediate shaft as a ZC. If I had to put money on it I would say 89 Integra only because 90-93 Integra had a B-series, and the 89 Integra had a D-series similar to the ZC. Go on Honda-tech.com and ask them.

You also have to remove that back metal thingy (sorry, can't remember what it is called) between the bearing and axle or it won't move. Use 90-93 Integra axles. There is no counterpart that I know of for the ZC intermediate shaft in a US car. Good luck.

I've never heard of having to remove anything from the hub of any car with a D-series, yes with cars with B-series. I never removed anything from my hub and my car runs fine, so no you don't have to remove anything from your hub if you are running a ZC.

Oh yeah! Damnit. I don't know why I was thinking ZC through half the post and B16 through the other half, lol!
