how to remove rotor??
You mean the Brake Rotor (I assume not Distributor Rotor). For the Brake rotor take off the wheel and unbolt the brake caliper. There are 2 screws holding on the rotor, use an impact driver to remove them, DON'T USE A SCREWDRIVER, you will strip them and make it a bitch to get them out again. The huge nut you speak of is the axel nut, it holds on the axel, not the rotor.

My new air compressor got its first use today on my front brake rotors. Use anything less then air tools and you'll be crying over stripped screws. Make good friends with someone with an air compressor if you don't have one already. It'll be worth it when you see those otherwise impossible-to-remove screws come flying out of the hub

Huh? I have never once needed to use my compessor for doing brake work. Just go to your local Sears and get an impact driver. Basically, it is just a screw driver that you smack with a hammer. When you hit it with a hammer it turns the screw, understand? Don't worry, you don't need to use air tools.
