Default Map sensor

I have a 89 CRX si. I am wondering if there is any effect replacing map sensor to new model's? if it does, which model's map sensor would fit mine? My engine is D16A6 stock engine with intake and exhaust. Thanks,

no point in it.....i think u could buy a piggyback ecu to trick it into making more power, but i think that's only worth it when u have a ton of mods.....

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The MAP sensor really has no functional differences between years... it's just an air pressure sensor.
