Default camber

i have a problem with the camber on the front right side, it needs to tilt in more cause the tire wear. Can i do it myself???? i have a 1988 civic lx. there is a lower ball-joint if that makes any differance. i dont have money to go to a shop and just wan2 adjust it slightly anyway. please let me know!!!

You're having outer tread wear on the tire? That's unusual, civics and crx's especially lowered, have bad inner tire tread wear due to negative camber. Is something bent? I'd replace the lower control arm if you are having that problem. They make adjustable upper control arms and upper balljoints to correct negative camber.
