First try a "Search" at top menu bar on and/or then "FAQ". If still have trouble I swaped my stuts out for adjustable Coil-overs on my Integra. you can scroll threw my past treads. It will probley be more twards the early past threads rather than the most current.

1. Jack it up from the JDM shiping tie down hook under your rear bumper or put on a lift if possible, blocks, or preferred jack stands at the the jack points. Insure stability and safety!
2. remove rear wheels
3.To summarize it quickly Unbolt the top of strut threw your trunk.
4. Bring your jack to use block of 2"by 4" by 4"wood block of wood onto jack lifting point lift brake disk slightly.
5. Open trunk unbolt strut from its hidden location from above where it meets with the uniabody frame
6.memorize how you took it off and retireve torque specs.
7.Unbolt from lower arm insure brake line is undamaged or pulled
8. Unbolt connecting peiece from lower arm to the strut
9. remove strut
10. Inspect upper mount for weir then reuse if it checks out.
11. then do 1-8 in reverse and oppsite
12. Torque everthing to oem specification. Can obtain from Community tech college ask for Aldata suspenion torque specs and scamatic drawing print out. Can also get more indepth instructions from Alldata.
