Default Fuel system ISSUES

Okay just did an engine swap and now I need to solve a fuel issue.

I'm fairly positive that I'm not getting fuel past the injectors in my 90 CRX-si.
I have fuel at the bleed bolt and fuel at the rail. I replaced the main relay and still no luck so I can only assume tht I have 16 year old clogged injectors, what's the cheapest way to solve this issue? Can I just buy a new manifold with injectors and rail, or is that outragously expensive? Or are the injectors easy enough to change that its better to just replace them, I don't wanna screw anything up.

Have you pulled the plugs to see if you're getting fuel into ANY of the cylinders? I wouldn't think they would all clog at once. Are the injectors firing?

Is your fuel pressure regulator good?

if the injectors are clogged, send them to www.rceng.com to be cleaned and flow tested
