Default 89 crx clutch

Hello. I bought an 89 crx Si with a bad clutch that finally went out and was wondering if I can use a 90/91 Si clutch? I already have a '90,'91 212mm ACT civic/crx flywheel (going to have it resurfaced and reuse)... and I want to order the 90 Crx clutch to use with it if possible.

If it can be done, is it a direct bolt in or does anything else need to be changed/etc? I know I have 20 splines but it's only 200mm discs. I don't really want any issues and will use a 89 clutch if neccessary (this is just gonna be a bolt on/light mod daily driver).

I am specifically looking at a Competition Clutch GRAVITY CLUTCH KIT Stage 1 part No. 8012-2400.

Everywhere lists the clutches as 89-91 but I want to be sure before I order. I've tried searching but can't find a definite answer.

Thanks a ton.

if you have anything other than 88 transmission and you use the 90-91 flywheel, you can use the 90-91 clutch - direct bolt-in
