I just bought a decent little 89 civic si exterior is in good shape but interior is pretty much gutted...also some of the wiring is messed up and not there...i have one question if anyone can help my speedometer and fuel guage isn't working any reasons why??? and how can i fix it

 

i just need that to work so i can get it to pass inspection lol....i want to start driving it to work
