Default LMA help needed

I have some bad lost motion assemblies and need to replace them, I am thinking of going with the H22 ones, I could probly get stock ones from the dealer (im in europe) but I would like to have the h22 ones because they are simular to the typr r ones. my only problem is I know you need 1/4" washers, but in europe they only have metric stuff so if anyone has any ideas on what size to use please let me know. or if you could get me the right ones, ill pay for them. thanks

I had bad LMA's as well, I was going to fork out the $ for the ITR's, only because I was going to run ITR cams...

If you dont plan on having high lift cams, then you dont need ITR or H22 LMA's. Just get the stock B16 LMA's.

I just happen to come across a guy selling a JDM exhaust manifold for 10$, and I asked him if he had LMA's by some weird chance, and he didnt even know what they were, so he let me look through a box of misc. valvetrain and I found them~! I gave him 10$ for all 8, soaked them in motor oil for a week, and then one weekend did the job.

FYI, a nice thing to do when you have all of your valve train out of your head, is to re-torque your head bolts.

Good luck!

Nah, just stick with new B16 ones, way cheaper. I got mine used, but they were in good shape...

The old B16's used to be a cylinder type LMA, and now they are a spring type LMA. Does the job, and they are much cheaper.
