I had bad LMA's as well, I was going to fork out the $ for the ITR's, only because I was going to run ITR cams...

If you dont plan on having high lift cams, then you dont need ITR or H22 LMA's. Just get the stock B16 LMA's.

I just happen to come across a guy selling a JDM exhaust manifold for 10$, and I asked him if he had LMA's by some weird chance, and he didnt even know what they were, so he let me look through a box of misc. valvetrain and I found them~! I gave him 10$ for all 8, soaked them in motor oil for a week, and then one weekend did the job.

FYI, a nice thing to do when you have all of your valve train out of your head, is to re-torque your head bolts.
