got a deal, my mans got an automatic 92 bubble an is swappin his 89 5 speed tranny out, so i started thinkin that id ask if we could drop the automatic into the ef an i could use that as my daily driver...but he started sayin it wouldnt work...now i know they both d series so its a straight bolt up, we got a new radiator, so basically all i would need is the computer, rite? but its an 0bd1 tranny into the 0bd0 ef, so would this be possible? thats where my problem comes, in the wiring, any opinions?

 

It is a reverse auto-to-manual plus a big wiring job. It would be much easier to sell that auto trans and pick up a cheap DX gearbox.

 

It would be much cheaper and easyer to sell the car and buy a car that has an auto tranny...
