Gas Leak!?

Gas Leak!?
Well I got an unwelcome surprise the other day when I parked my car. I smelled something funny and looked under it, and there was something dripping down around the gas tank. I put my finger in the liquid and smelled it, gasoline.
I have kept my eye on it, and it only seems to drip like once every 3 days maybe. It seems that it is dripping onto the tank and then down the side.
My question is this, what should I do to check on this, and how hard is it gonna be? I don't have a lift or anything, it I have to work under the car it will be on jack stands, which is why I haven't lifed it up already to check.
Almost forgot:
Car is a 91 CRX SI with a B18A in it.

I'd be surprised if you couldnt flip the car on its side and do it like that lol...its so tiny haha jk
Well you will probably have to replace the gas tank for sure...its prolly also a big fire hazard....You prolly lose more gas when you drive since the pressure is increased inside the tank..but since it has a hole it all prolly just drains out...Shouldn't be too hard of a project

I'm not sure if its the tank or a line leaking onto the tank.
The tank seems to have pressure, when I take off the gas cap it hisses with the air going into the tank.
Could it be the tank if it does that?
This sucks though, I do drag quite often, and bad roads suck cause the car is lowered.

I actually got it with the b18a in it.
The person I bought it off of said they didn't have the time nor the money to fix it up nice, and that is got awful gas mileage.
So I got it for a steal, fixed the mileage by hooking the vacumm lines up the right way, and been improving it bit by bit ever since.
It runs great, handles great. I can fly on the backroads because it corners so well. I do not have anything to compare it with as I have never had a stock one though.
My brother has had a couple new civic EXs though, and my CRX always eats them alive.
