If the engine is a d16a1 what trans did it have.

i don't know what kind of tranny it has...but the trannies on 1g tegs are problematic b/c they use different motor mounts that the other d series trannies use...i'm not sure if the 1g teg trannies will bolt up to other d/zc series engines

I think the bell housing bolt pattern is the same as any D-series, but the tranny has the mounts that work in the 1986-89 Integra and 1984-87 Civic/CRX.

What year are those for? I have a 1988 Integra manual that states 0.823 for the 5th gear ratio.

Sorry, I got lazy and only posted 86-87 ratios. You are correct though, the 88-89's did have a .823 5th.
