My car had the same problem couldent tell u exactly what it was but i pulled the glove compartment out, pulled the carpet back, took out the ecu(cause it was in my way).so i had my dad hold the hose directly over the cowl pannel, took a flash light looked up and saw it driping out of some yellow factory cocking. so i took a hand full of clear bath room cocking and smeered it all over the leak never happened again to this day.

just remembered the heater box also might be in the way.

If its the heater core it would leak constantly. It only leaks when it rains like ive said a few times. Thanks for the help everyone, Im gonna try and find out what it is this week.

Sounds like the drain for the condensation that occurs on the evaporator core. Comes out of a nipple that has a rubber hose that runs down and out of a grommet on the floor (on the passenger side). This would be the culprit if you run the a/c compressor when you run the defroster.

This is a common problem as people's feet and vibration, in general, will work the hose off over time. -scott
