im looking at painting some interior trim, some of these trim pieces would be the vent surroundings, now i dont know how to remove them, i looked in my crapy haynes manual and the only thing it shows is a diagram saying that it is in fact called a vent, so if anyone can help me out by breifly explaining how to remove these vents from a '91 civic hatch

 

ALl u need to do is get a screwdriver underneath the bottom of it, pop out the bottom and thenpull the whole thing out. it is simple. It will feel like it is gonna break, so dont worry.
