hey I just put my trany back on and now the stupid thing grinds when I shift into R, and it wont even go in to any other gear.
the things shifts fine when the car is off. I know I put the barings and spring/shaft and that stuff on right ! Any one know what hell is wrong with my car, any info will help

Sounds like it's (clutch) not lined up to me. Did you use the spline allignment tool when you put the clutch back on?

 

Have you tried adjusting the clutch cable?
