Whoa... I don't think it'll fit. I've never heard of anyone wanting do to that swap... Doesn't that engine have like 140hp? I wouldn't even attempt a swap like that. If it does fit somehow, it will require custom fabbing up the wazoo.
Why not a b18a/b? It has the equivalent hp, and is a much easier(and cheaper) swap to do.

Not worth it... Its basically like an H22 swap (including all the work of stuffing it into that small chassis, extra weight, ect) without the plus side of VTEC...

That's what I thought... So it has 160hp.
I would have to agree that this swap is pointless. If u are gonna attempt such a feat, go for an h22 swap, but I wouldn't reccomend it in a lightweight civic hatch. Just swap a b16a for the same price(actually less).

H22 swap weighs a whole 34 pounds more than a B-Series swap.

F22B has 130HP-140HP depending on variant.
H23 has 160HP.

B16 is cheap for a reason, it's a torqueless wonder. A B18B, while having 20HP less horsepower, would be as quick if not quicker and easier to drive with a better powerband.

The extra weight (tho it may not seem like much), combined with the added torque, are just enough to cause understeer without suspension mods... Alot of ppl forget, these chassis/suspensions were not designed for a B series, but for a D series... So it would be more accurate to compare the D to the H, not the B to the H...

Understeer occurs in any FWD car, regardless of engine or weight. If you're really that concerned, focus on a stiff suspension setup.
