I would have to agree that this swap is pointless. If u are gonna attempt such a feat, go for an h22 swap, but I wouldn't reccomend it in a lightweight civic hatch. Just swap a b16a for the same price(actually less).
H22 swap weighs a whole 34 pounds more than a B-Series swap.

F22B has 130HP-140HP depending on variant.
H23 has 160HP.

B16 is cheap for a reason, it's a torqueless wonder. A B18B, while having 20HP less horsepower, would be as quick if not quicker and easier to drive with a better powerband.
