91 Crx si front lip question

I was looking on passwordjdm.com for a carbon fiber lip and I found some, a new one and a used one. It says it requires some fabrication, would it be too hard to put on and will it stay on? Just wondering

If its front lip for the SiR front ends, all u have to do is trim off the peices that recess into the fog light holes... Or so I read...
