Default EF Door panels

Any tricks to getting the seatbelt "out" of the door panels on a 1990 Honda Civic? My Civic has the seatbelts mounted to the doors. I cut my seatbelt last time to get them out, not recomended,BTW.

Not sure what you mean. The belt seems to run through the panel, and there seems to be now way to remove that particular piece to get it out. It's like it's a part of the door panel.
