ARP Headbolt install

What do i need for the ARP head bolt install, does anyone have a quick run through.

You mean head stud? Big difference.

Head bolts will install the same as factory.

A torque wrench.

Thanx, LOL. What are the torque Specs for the bolts. I am jsut supposed to hand tighten the studs, then put the head on and torque them down in a criss cross pattern right?
