Default Exhaust question

I have a b16a in my crx with a 4-2-1 dc ceramic header and stock cat.
I'm about to get a catback system and it's pretty much down to two exhaust. Skunk2 mega power and a tanabe medallion.
Any suggestions which one would be better?
Thanks

I really don't care too much about the loudness, I just want a real deep tone.

then you are concerned about the loudness. deep tones are quiet. if you're looking for that specific tone then those 2 exhausts that you picked are not what you're looking for as far as the deep tone goes.

Agreed with Joe, "deep" tones tend to come from systems with a resonator and a chambered muffler. This also results in a somewhat quiet exhaust.

"Loud" exhausts may have a resonator, but almost always have a straight-through muffler (think Apex'i N1.) The only way to get a "deep" tone from a straight-through system is to have an engine that displaces three litres or better.
