One has a flange in the middle, the other doesn't. It's typically easier to install a two peice header.

good point, yeah im going with the 4-2-1 two piece. should i upgrade the CAT too? Or just leave it stock for now

your telling me, if your shit dont pass so many times, they retire your car (turns to scrap). Smog testing sucks ass, i mean one car isnt going to polute the whole world man.
