I know the dc ones kick ass but I also know we don't all have a dc header on our cars. What other brands do you guys recommend. Oh its for a d16a6

 

For the most part, headers are like intakes.....put a few names in a hat and draw from it. DC is the only one I've had personal experience with, and it was great. Kamikaze I've heard was good. Stay away from Pacesetter though. The price is appetizing, but I've heard they're horrible.

 

4-1?
4-2-1?

is there really much difference?

 

Most will say use a 4-1 for FI purposes (turbo/sc).

I had a 4-2-1 on my d16z6 and it was fine.

What's a good cheap header? (between 100 and 200 bucks)

 

for that price, buy a good used one. Again, stay away from Pacesetter, and if you want good overall power, use a 4-2-1.
