Default Electrical problems...

So, my CRX hasn't been able to start properly without a jump for the past few months. Now I can't get it to start WITH a jump. All that happens to the battery is a big spark and then I lose all power.

what do you mean a big spark? try cleaning and tightening your battery terminals. if your car runs fine after jumping it, then your battery is bad. if your car does not run for but a few seconds after jumping it, its your alternator.

My car runs fine WHEN i can get it started by jumping it.

In the past month it hasn't started once. When I jump it, I turn the key over, I have power, and then I turn it to position three and all It does is spark and lose power with the cables still attached. It sparks at the cables.

I think you've had this problem before.... Double check your ground cable. My crx did the SAME EXACT thing, and it turned out to be the ground. Move that ground to a different spot ASAP. Once I fixed that, a couple months later, it did the same thing again, but this time, the battery was going dead.
