I pulled the struts off last night and found they don't match? Although this can't be good and I definately need to replace the strut I'm not sure that would cause problems with alignment.

Does the weight of the car even out any length differences in the strut? Not sure if I found "the" problem... or just another one.

Its hard to measure on the car when your looking for such small differences but they are at least really close. I haven't pulled them off because I found the sleeve inside the frame of the car is loose on the drivers side so it just spins once it gets loose.

Often times, Honda and Acura will have different part numbers for identical parts... sometimes even two numbers within the same brand devision for the same part.

Default Back to the drawing board

Put the new struts on but as it turns out that was just "a" problem, not "the" problem. The drivers side rear of the tire is just not out as far as it should be for some reason.

Here is a pic to compare the 2 sides...
