Wow, i could have sworn the b16a2 from a 99 Si was OBD2.

Ok, if i buy the mounts, and the wire harness, Anything else i need? Also will this work for any B series, like if i wanna sale my b16, and move to a b18??

Umm... A 99 would be OBD2A...

But... If you do this swap, its best to change the car to OBD1... OBD2 is a bitch to wire into an earlier OBD car, and then to tune...

oh yeah it will work for any b series, the mounts will anyway and the axles and most of the wiring, unless u go with a b18a/b, which you wouldnt need to wire vtec for and would need a different ecu, personally i would sell the b16 and get a b18, the b16 is way to overhyped and doesnt have any low range torque

So, sell the B16, with that money and the insurance i buy this.....
http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30011

Add the "Please Note: We now offer the Hasport Hydraulic tranny to cable car conversion kit for $429. Also available is the Hasport High Horsepower upgraded motor mount kit for $300." to the order, and then buy a wiring harness, and i should be ready to go. Anything missing? Sorry if this thread is getting annoying.... but thanks for everyone's help!!!

you could do that, or you could go with this http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30009 and make sure you get an obd1 one, it would make the swap much easier and its much cheaper than the type R engine, although if you have the money i guess id say do it on the type r.

I'm sorry, I forgot, it is an OBD2 motor. I too converted to OBD1 before installing it though, that's why I got confused. Heh, and OBD2 motor with and OBD1 setup in an OBD0 car :run:
