No the tick hasn't stopped, the car drives fine just ticks. I was think clutch and flywheel but I didn't know if I should now because I don't have that many mods.
prob the throw out bearing making the noise. Clutch and fly would be good. then cams, or intake manifold, I really dont know what you already have done so I'm shooting in the dark here.
