ohk so when i fixed my clutch switches, my ecu stopped throwing the egr codes. now it is doing it again and i feel a difference in performance. so i am planning on fixing the egr tomarrow and i wanted to know, should i crank out the cash and buy a gasket for it, (from dealer it is 129) (online i saw one for 5), or can i uses some "Ultra Black OEM Hi-temp RTV Silicone" gasket maker by Permatex (bout it at auto zone).?
