Default 92' civic si

I have a problem with my car over heating once i hit aproxtimately 5000 rpm or more. The thing is I have tried changing the thermosdat the rad cap and the fluid. What else could it be????? does anybody have any solutions??

In order of cost:
air bubble in the system
waterpump
radiator
headgasket
head
block.

I'd bet it's a gummed up radiator.
