Default All Motor- No car.......

I need help, i have a half way built H22a pushin out 380hp at the crank..I need to know what type of tranny i need to build a street/strip rex. I was told to use the H22 tranny but i herd i will chrip till 5th. Can i get some advise.....

You only have two choices, a stock trans or one of those costs-more-then-a-college-education Quife transaxles.

if hes pushing 380 to the crank, I doubt its a NA H22.

Well it's not an NA H22. Its a half way built race motor on boost. Snoopy ill get back to you with those specs. Im hopen i can find something other then spending a life savings on a Quife transaxle. A freind told me to get an h22 tranny and just have it rebuilt but i think thats pretty expensive. I spent alot of money on this motor as is, about 3500 on the motor and about 2100 on my turbo and kit. But ill have those specs and you can see what an ass i am for spending so much money... C YA

I had a fully built turbocharged h22 in my crx that was putting down 562whp and using a 97 accord vtec trans. The trans has the longer final drive like in the LS b-series trans.
