Mr brother has them on his 99 Civic Ex but it looks like shit in my opinion ...lol... which by the his Civic is in the shop cause he threw a rod so he thinks and ugh my 91 Hatch lol is still running strong and its a 4 speed manual.........lol

You can update the headlights, you can update the taillights, but you can never update the body.
They look like shit because they don't match the extremely outdated body.
They don't work well either, because they where designed to fit the body and create a showy "look," not to be functional. I know a few people that use various kinds of "projector" lights... they barely put out enough light to see at night.
If you like the way they look, sure, whatever, buy them. If you drive at night and actually want to see where you're driving, just buy a set of Silvania Silverstar headlight bulbs. I swear by them myself, they put out the whitest and brightest light for any Street Legal bulb.
