Default 90 Civic Blower Problems

Hi everybody I'm sort of new to this, I have a 90 Civic Dx Hatchback and I'm having a problem with my Blower or at least i think that's what it is. I recently tried to turn on my air (to get the air within the car to circulate) but it doesnt work at all. I dont know what to do or how to approach the problem, I recently had an security alarm installed in my car, and had a few friends tell me that they might have messed with some wiring but I'm not too sure if this can be true. If anybody out there could help me out or give me some tips on how to approach this problem i would greatly appreciate it.

It's very possible that the motor just wore out. Open it up and see how the brushes look, they're probably worn away to nothing.

I agree check your fuses if that is not it your motor probably needs to be replaced. Mine was bad when I bought my car. Easy replacement though.

I've checked all the Fuses but none of them are blown, I've taken the heating/air condition control assembly away from the dash and i seem to get no current to the blower switch so now im thinking that the people that installed my alarm had something to do with it. I'm going to go ahead and check the wiring, But I'd like to Thank Everybody whose replied to my thread, Thanks Alot Fellas....
