i did a sohc to dohc zc conversion (changed dpfi wiring to mpfi harness) and since the swap my water temp gauge does not work. i changed the sensor and it still does not work. could it be in the engine bay wiring harness on the ecu? can someone please help me?

 

Sounds like you missed a plug. They have two water sensors, yes? One for the ECU, and one for the gauge cluster?

I don't remember offhand, but once upon a time I forgot to reconnect one on a D16Z6. That's how I learned.
