Default Radiator Removal/Installation.......

How hard is it to remove and install a radiator cause I am replacing mine this weekend and I wanna do it myself cause it will be alot cheaper than going to a shop and quicker as well....... By the way I have a 91 Civic Hatch DX!!!

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

Easy, remove the upper and lower hoses, 2 radiator brackets on top, cooling fan and a/c fan if applicable.

It's very straight forward, you can probably replace it in 2 hours.

I havent really looked around mine on my 89 CRX dx, but I had to replace the radiator on my girls 90 Accord. There are transmission lines that run in the bottom of the radiator too. If this is the same for the civic clamp thoses hoses.

Well thats only if he has an automatic transmission.

Nope I have a Manual........4 Speed all the way....... But I want a 5 speed or even a 6 ...... But I guess my 4 will have to do for now.....Hey it can still beat a majority of those stock cars out there today and I have done no mods to it .....YET!!!!!
