Default 90 CRX Si Distributor problem

I'm looking at a 90 CRX Si the only problem is the it needs a Distributor.

How hard is it replace?

The problem is that it is in Ohio...and I'm in Maryland.
So I plan on going to Ohio and then fixing it there and driving it back all in a weekend.

So....what am i getting myself into. Do i need any special tools?

If you're sure it's a distributor problem, you just need a 10, 11, 12, and maybe a 14mm wrench and a new distributor, cap, and rotor. Shouldn't be too hard, but with it that far away it'd be kind of hard to be 100% sure.

Yea i know that's the only dilemma.

He's said that two mechanics have seen the car and they say its' the distributor.

Thanks.

Just take one with you. I'm sure you can source one that works at least just for the weekend. There seems to be a neighborhood Si dist. that floats from friend to friend here. damn honda dist.s Take plug wires and plugs too. Also some fuses and fluids just to be sure. Why go unprepared?
