Default roof panel

I just bought an '88 CRX Si and I was wondering if there's any way to put in the roof panel (headliner) from a DX or HF that doesn't have a sunroof because I really could use an extra inch of headroom that the DX's part would give, I'm willing to sacrifice the sunroof. How hard would this be?

It's easy.

Step one: remove the sunroof.
Step two: weld in a roof portion from an HF or DX without the sunroof.
Step three: grind, bondo, and paint the roof to look "normal" again.
Step four: remove your headliner and replace with an HF/DX headliner.

Acually, it's not easy. :goodjob:
