Take a thin piece of flat metal or thin, but sturdy, piece of cardboard and push it into the buckle and pull it out. Buckle will engage as if the seatbelt is locked and all the light and buzzers won't know the difference. If someone wants to use it, simply push the release button and all is back to normal.
