Is this vibrating normal?

Honda idles can be pretty erratic, but they shouldn't rattle violently. It sounds like your engine occasionally fouls out one spark plug, so the engine is dragging the dead cylinder which is causing the shake. As stated above, a tune-up will correct that problem. Fresh plugs/cap/rotor, adjust timing, maybe clean the fuel system out.

I changed out my plug wires and some of the vibration during idle went away.

spark plugs will make a bigger difference than plug wires.

I had already changed the plugs, rotor and cap, the only thing left was the wires and it made a big difference.

replacing the defective or worn-out part will make the bigger difference.
